Privacy Policy
All photos taken by Sophie Sheldrick for Raw Footage Photography clients are the property of Raw Footage Photography. Raw Footage Photography retains the right to publish these photos online including (but not limited to) on this website, the Raw Footage Photography Facebook Fan Page, the Raw Footage Photography Blog and Sophie Sheldrick’s personal blog. Raw Footage Photography also retains the right to use photos for purposes such as (but not limited to) advertising and promotional use.
Under special circumstances, a client may request that their photos not be published by Raw Footage Photography. This is up to the photographer’s discretion and must be agreed upon prior to the photography session.
Clients may also request that their name not be published on the Raw Footage Photography Blog along with their photos. Otherwise the client’s name may be used in the blog posting title (i.e.: “Smith Family Photos”) or in the accompanying text (i.e.: “Jessica and Matthew were such a pleasure to work with…”).
Upon purchasing a photography package from Raw Footage Photography, clients agree to the above terms and retain the right to print their high resolution photos for personal use only and to share watermarked low resolution images online, giving full photo credit to Raw Footage Photography. Clients may not, under any circumstances, edit or crop photos taken by Raw Footage Photography.
Any personal information obtained by Raw Footage Photography such as email address, home address and phone numbers will under no circumstances be shared or sold with a third party. Raw Footage Photography may, on occasion, contact clients via email with news or special promotional information. Clients can at any time request to be taken off the email contact list by contacting Sophie at info@rawfootagephotos.com .
