London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Francisca & Geoff's Springtime Norwich Wedding

I loved working with Francisca and Geoff. Their beautiful Spring wedding started off with a traditional church ceremony in Norwich before making its way to Paris, Ontario (one of my favourite little towns) for wedding portraits by the water, and ending at Brantford Golf & Country Club for their reception (I just loved their simple, elegant white tulip decor!). Here are some favourites from the day.

Big thank you to Sandra Henderson for second shooting!

London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Elisa & Scott's Spring Blossom Engagement Session

It was such a joy to work with Elisa and Scott. Their engagement session fell on the sunniest of Spring evenings, and the blossoms were really showing off! Here are some favourites.

London Ontario Family Photographer | 2020 Beach Minis

I’m reminiscing about last year’s Port Stanley Beach Minis on this rainy Monday! Beach minis are perfect for capturing fun, playful, candid photos either as a family or a couple. There’s just something about the beach that invites you to splash in the waves, dig your toes in as you walk along the shoreline and cuddle up on washed up beach logs. This year’s beach minis will tentatively be held on June 12th, August 11th and September 11th. To get first dibs on booking, email sophie@rawfootagephotos.com, subject line “Advance Notice Minis”, to get on the advance notice email list! The booking email for the first round of beach minis in June goes out TONIGHT. Here are some favourites from last year!

London Ontario Newborn Photographer | Baby James' In-Home Newborn Lifestyle Session

I loved spending time with this sweet family for their little guy’s newborn lifestyle session (You may remember their beautiful Winter Maternity Session). Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Wedding Photographer | Gatineau Micro-Wedding

It was such a honour for me to be able to document my very dear friends’ micro-wedding in Gatineau a couple of years ago. They opted for an intimate city hall ceremony with their nearest and dearest before heading to a charming local brewery for photos and a fun-filled reception. Their wedding was perfectly “them”, and a little rain only added to the day’s charm. Here are a few favourites from that time I played double-duty as a guest and photographer.

London Ontario Maternity Photographer | In Home Lifestyle & Forest Maternity Session

I absolutely loved Jacky & Brad’s maternity session. I really enjoy splitting a session between in-home and outdoor. For this shoot, we got to cozy up for some lifestyle shots indoors before heading out for some woodsy outdoor photos (featuring Jacky’s stunning yellow dress). Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Newborn Photographer | Twin Newborn Lifestyle Session

It was so wonderful to meet babies W + H after having photographed their mama’s maternity session. They were just as cute as can be, along with their enthusiastic big sister. Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Family Photographer | Backyard Winter Family Session

I had such a fun time with this family for their backyard family session. Winter sessions, backyard sessions and older child family sessions can all present certain challenges (the cold, limited space/lighting/background options, less options in terms of cuddling, playing, picking little ones up, etc.), and this session checked all of those boxes. And yet, this family session was so full of joy, laughter, playfulness and genuine cuddles, making my job easy and so much fun. Here are some favourites!

London Ontario Family Photographer | White Studio Charity Minis

I look forward to my yearly mini session fundraiser all year long, and these 2019 sessions did not disappoint! I spent the day at Studio Collective (who generously donated the use of their space) with beautiful families taking photos and raising money to support the Rohingya Crisis (100% of session fees donated). Here are a few favourites!

London Ontario Wedding Photographer - L+A Early Spring Micro-Wedding

Laurel and Ariel had a charming micro-wedding on a windy April day and set aside a window of time to sneak out to the field, just the two of them, for some intimate wedding photos. I love a good windswept hair/veil moment, and this shoot was full of them. Here are some favourites!
