Here is another family that I’ve loved working with regularly over the past several years! These kiddos are full of energy, and we always have a blast documenting how much they’ve grown each year. For this session, we headed to Medway Forest to start in the wild overgrown fields and make our way to the leaf covered woods by the creek for some leaf throwing, log balancing, rock skipping fun. Here are some favourites!
I love photographing this beautiful family year after year! My loyal, repeat clients truly become a part of what I call my “Raw Footage Family”, and I am so so thankful for them! This year, we walked around Medway Heritage Forest on a beautiful Summer evening for some rock skipping and family snuggles.

I am so happy to be revisiting Bri and Mike’s Medway Creek engagement session. I loved working with this amazing couple for their engagement and wedding photos. They are such a sweet pair, always smiling and so affectionate, which makes my job so easy. They actually just welcomed a sweet baby boy, so I’m also using this post to send a BIG CONGRATULATIONS to both of them on this new adventure. Sometimes family sessions with teenage/adult children can be a bit more of a challenge in terms of capturing candid interactions and real emotions. With little ones, there’s a lot of snuggling and ticking and playing and swinging that inevitably produces lots of smiles and giggles and moments. I know when I’m photographing a family with older kids that I will need to work a bit more to encourage natural, candid interactions. All of that to say that when I met the Agyem Family, I was blown away by the effervescent joy they exuded and the funny, sweet interactions they had with one another. We did not stop laughing, joking and playfully teasing throughout the entire session, which made it easy to capture their beautiful spirit during our session. I loved hanging out with them and am so happy to finally be sharing some favourites on the blog today.
